Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Software.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Updates

We may, from time to time, provide updates, enhancements, or fixes for the Software. Such updates may be provided automatically without any notice. This EULA will apply to any updates or modifications to the Software unless such updates are accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will apply.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Software.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Software; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the Software.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Florida State, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida State, USA.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
